What's left on the market in DTLA, you ask? The Ritz is a project that still has units available, and they're currently starting at $850,000, upwards to units at $9.3 mil. Currently, I hear the Ritz Carlton Residences are doing well through the grapevine, with many of their buyers being foreign investors, or foreign buyers who are purchasing with the brand recognition in mind, as well as what people are considering a premiere building for those interested in living in South Park. The Staples Center is literally next door, and all the restaurants, bars, and entertainment are literally steps out the door. Location-wise, if you like to be in the heart of the action, this is where it's at! Definitely take a look if this is a price point you are interested in.
